This open-plan studio is washed in the sky blue of its namesake coast. It has a king-size bed and a proper study table for anyone mixing work and holiday — a good fit for couples, solo travellers, or a workation.
The private balcony looks into a green canopy of trees, and the shared sea-view garden terrace with hammocks is a staircase away. From the doorstep, the beach promenade and the restaurants and cafés of White Town are all an easy walk. Compact, light-filled and easy to settle into — Pondicherry at its most relaxed.
Fun fact — The Côte d’Azur is the French Riviera, where a family road trip took us along the coast — and onto via ferrata routes bolted into the sea cliffs. Pondicherry has long been called the Riviera of the East, so the name felt like coming full circle.

Direct access to our sea-view rooftop terrace — our favourite spot in the house, lovingly nicknamed the “Stairway to Heaven.”
A few words from guests who stayed at Côte d'Azur.
Lovely studio, charming garden, and great views! Pushpa is a very sweet and helpful host, and the entire team is professional and welcoming. A perfect choice for a peaceful stay in India — I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for everything!
Samarth's place truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the space had a warm, calm, and welcoming vibe. The room was clean, cosy, and well maintained. The location is great — easy to walk around White Town, cafés, and the beaches. A special mention to Samarth's mom, Pushpa Aunty, for wonderfully co-hosting and managing the place — she made the stay feel effortless and pleasant.
This is a great stay, very close to the rock beach. The rooms are clean, and the check-in and check-out were seamless. You can walk to the rock beach, White Town and several other restaurants. The hosts are very responsive, and gave good recommendations of things to do before we checked in.
The location is excellent — very close to the promenade and surrounded by some great cafés. We were travelling with our six-month-old baby, and the host was very considerate and accommodating, even allowing us a slightly delayed checkout as our cab arrived late. A very warm, comfortable, and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pondicherry, especially families with infants.
