This one-bedroom flat keeps things warm and earthy — cream walls, terracotta textiles, plenty of morning light. It sleeps up to four on a king-size bed and a queen-size fold-out sofa in the living room, and with high-speed Wi-Fi and a proper study table, it works as well for a working week as for a holiday. Couples, small families and remote workers all settle in easily.
The bedroom opens onto its own balcony among the treetops, and the shared sea-view garden terrace with hammocks is just upstairs. Arriving by car is simple too — parking sits right on the boulevard. From there, the promenade and White Town's cafés and restaurants are all within a short walk. Unhurried, well equipped, and easy to call home for a while.
Fun fact — Taktsang is the Tiger’s Nest — the monastery that clings to a cliffside about 900 metres above Bhutan’s Paro valley, at the end of a slow, prayer-flag-lined trail we climbed. We came home wanting that same stillness, so the flat is dressed in the earth tones of the valley.

Both Samarth and Pushpa ma'am were very easy to reach out to, ready to immediately answer any of our queries. We were a group of women and had no problems with safety or privacy.
