The restaurants and cafés that make Pondicherry unique are all within walking distance. Residential, well connected and thoughtfully set up — this is Pondicherry ease, in its most colourful form.
Fun fact — Uhuru is Swahili for “freedom” — and the name of Kilimanjaro’s highest point, the 5,895-metre summit we reached on the trek this apartment remembers. The green walls evoke the journey through the forests.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay. The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The host had thoughtfully prepared a detailed guide covering house instructions, restaurant recommendations, local attractions, and useful references, which made exploring the area very easy. Communication was excellent throughout. We would happily stay here again.
Had an absolutely awesome, relaxed stay at Samarth and Pushpa's place. Well equipped, well thought out modern layout, very safe. Wonderful hosts, excellent local recommendations, fast to respond, very friendly staff. Pushpa so graciously provided us with her scooter for sightseeing for a couple of days. The terrace was beautiful and lovely to spend relaxed evenings at. Highly recommend!
The location offers convenient access to Promenade Beach, also known as Rock Beach, and is easily accessible to White Town. Our stay was exceptionally peaceful. The host was responsive and provided excellent assistance, creating a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. The premises were consistently clean and well-maintained by the daily housekeeping service.
I stayed here for 3 days with my parents and daughter. The location is great, with all tourist places in walkable distance. The host is very hospitable and shares details (PDF) which is very handy during the stay. The terrace and the view is very beautiful.
