One glance at this two-bedroom apartment and the facts assemble themselves: a king bed in each room, a fold-out king sofa in the large living room — space, in short, for six. Every room is air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the long wooden dining table seats the entire party. The evidence points to families, groups of friends, and unhurried working stays.
Further observations: a plant-lined balcony off the living room, covered parking in the building — a rarity worth noting — and a stunning view from the terrace. The apartment keeps to a quiet pocket between French Town and Tamil Town, five minutes on foot from the promenade and from our family-owned gym. The case for staying, one might say, solves itself. Or, in Holmes’s own words: “I have my eye on a suite in ‘Victory Residence’, which would suit us down to the ground.”

It's a lovely apartment in a fantastic location and it matches the listing description and photos perfectly. The co-host, Pushpa, was extremely helpful and responsive, promptly assisting with questions about the property, check-in, and local recommendations. You can easily walk to most places in White Town. The apartment is very well maintained and truly gives a comforting 'home away from home' feel.
Spacious, stylishly appointed apartment in a great location. If you're looking for somewhere really comfortable to stay, in the Heritage area of town, this apartment would be very hard to beat.
Staying in this house felt like a second home. The apartment was impeccably clean, well furnished, beautifully decorated and very private. It's located in the heart of the town, close to all the popular cafés and attractions. The host Pushpa was so warm, friendly and responsive. She thoughtfully curated a PDF which helped us navigate easily around Pondy without any hassle. Her hospitality highly deserves an applause. I'm so glad to have found this gem of a place and I would definitely keep coming back!
Well maintained modern apartment with lift (wheelchair accessible) and dedicated outdoor car park. The kitchen had adequate appliances and crockery. Two balconies with a washing machine helped with washing clothes. Very close to the White Town and beach area, 10–15 mins by walk. Quiet neighbourhood and overall positive experience. The spacious dining table helped us order in and have family lunch and dinner. I would recommend it for a family or couples stay.
